Antibiotics is basically a process killer, to efficiently terminate any process to your liking. You might be asking, "What about Windows Task Manager?". The reason is because Windows Task Manager uses up a lot of CPU and Memory. Try launching Windows Task Manager if you are lagging badly. You'll find yourself lagging much worse in dire straits. Antibiotics consumes MUCH lesser Memory and does not use up any CPU, thus can be handy aid if you are ending any processes which is not responding, using up lots of CPU.
